Well, I think I am going to have to take a week or so off (hopefully) because my knee is still hurting. Based on where it is, I think it is just bursitis or tendonitis, but I am going to rest it. I have also decided to start running the Jordan River Parkway instead of on uneven roads, plus I am going to go with a Motion Control shoe rather than the Structured Nike Triax 11's that I have been using because based on the wear patterns on my shoes, I am still overpronating in the Triax's.
